Mission Statement

To serve as a forum for San Diego region public agencies to develop partnerships, and share information, ideas, strategies, and solutions regarding the management of GIS and related technologies in order to provide more efficient and effective service to our agencies and constituents.

Anyone who wishes to participate in the SDRGC is asked to join the council. Members receive meeting announcements, job postings and other information of interest to the San Diego GIS community.

Per the discussion at the April Meeting, the Host Booth at the ESRI International User Conference has been discontinued. Again, per the discussion at the meeting, discussions will be scheduled to determine the future of the GeoShowcase.

January 2016 Meeting Minutes have been posted. Presentations and documents for January include an overview of the National GeoSpatial-Intelligence Agency. The presentation on Epoch changes and how they affect GIS will be posted when available.
